As a mom, wife, educator, coach, rental manager, and community volunteer, Christie has immersed herself in Lower Cape life.
She and Garran are involved in many aspects of the community ranging from youth sports to strategic planning.
Christie earned her Bachelor’s degree from Springfield College and is finishing her Master of Education at Merrimack College.
Over the past 15 years Christie has managed a dozen different short term rental properties as well as mentored new homeowners as they navigate the rental market. From staging to listing creation to weekend turnovers, Christie has experience with it all. She works best connecting with clients and helping them maximize their short term rentals.
Most afternoons, Christie can be found chauffeuring her young children to hockey, soccer and gymnastics or walking the family’s two chocolate labs. She loves collecting sea glass, family camping trips throughout New England and voyaging to the outer beach by boat.

She has been helping to care for the Cape community in a few different ways over the past decade. Abby previously was the Chief Executive Officer for the Cape Wellness Collaborative and Associate Director for Pleasant Bay Community Boating. She is excited to now be assisting Garran-Teed Property Services in taking care of so many of the beautiful homes and properties here on Cape Cod.
Abby is also a classical pianist and photographer. When she's not working, she loves to be sailing, camping, and hiking with her family.
