Garran-Teed Property Services is a growing property maintenance company serving Cape Cod. We're looking for a highly organized, dependable person who enjoys bringing structure to a busy business.

This is not a traditional receptionist position. You'll become a key part of our daily operations by helping keep the office organized, customers informed, schedules on track, and administrative work moving forward.

As the company grows, this position has the opportunity to grow with it.

Responsibilities

* Prepare and send customer invoices

* Create and send quotes and proposals

* Follow up on outstanding quotes

* Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages professionally

* Schedule jobs and coordinate the company calendar

* Organize customer files and job documentation

* Assist with marketing, social media, and customer communications

* Coordinate with field crews and management

* Maintain Jobber software and customer records

* Help improve office systems and business processes

* Assist with purchasing and office organization

* Provide administrative support for the owner

* Help ensure jobs move smoothly from estimate to completion

Experience Preferred

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and landscape maintenance, with hands-on experience in various gardening techniques. This role involves nurturing plants, maintaining garden aesthetics, and ensuring the overall health of the landscape. The Gardener will work closely with other team members to create beautiful outdoor spaces that enhance the environment.

Garran-Teed Property Services is a full service property management company specializing in landscaping installation and maintenance, light duty tree work, hardscape installation and maintenance, light duty construction projects, and home watch services.

The Gardening Manager will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the health and beauty of our clients’ gardens and landscapes. This position involves planning and executing garden designs, assessing plant and soil health, selecting appropriate plants, and typical gardening tasks such as weeding, pruning, watering, mulching, and adding nutrients.

- License required: Ability to drive a heavy duty work truck with trailers

- Ability to safely operate power tools and landscape machinery such as mowers, trimmers, chain saws and other landscaping machinery

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to lift and move 50lbs

- Attention to detail, reliability, customer service and safety are the most important parts of this position
