Weekly and Bi-Weekly pricing schedules allow for your Cape Cod home to be checked on and scheduled.  These schedules can be altered or adjusted to suit your needs.

With any Home Watch packages, you may add on the following services with custom pricing:  

- Storm Watch

- Opening the house for deliveries, appointments, etc.

- Water shut off services

- General maintenance & repairs

- Homeowner maintenance checklists

- Boat & vehicle check ins

- Package & mail pickups

There are many companies and individuals that offer "Home Watch" services and are not legally licensed by the State of MA for doing the work. Please ask them why and protect your asset by having a licensed professional watch over your property and assist with any emergencies or repairs needed.

MA General Law Ch 147 section 23 states:  No person shall engage in the business of watch unless licensed.

Garran-Teed is MA State Watch Guard licensed (#LW0439A), bonded, and holds liability and workers comp insurance for all it's employees.  As part of this process, an interview with the MA State Police, background checks and bonding take place to license Garran-Teed LLC for home watch services on your property.  

We perform exterior and interior checks of your Cape Cod home.  Home Watch services reports are sent to the client with pictures and/or video of any issues we find during our inspections.

Garran-Teed will help to address any issues noted or assist in organizing a trade partner that can resolve your problem.  Servicing the Lower Cape area based out of Brewster.
